High Frequency Business Consulting was created from a simple belief, that derived from a personal mission: lift the world by lifting the individual.

My background is in Business Management and International Management, with experience across a range of industries including finance, sales, marketing, client services, leadership and global operations. Working across different environments has given me a broad, practical understanding of how businesses actually operate, not just how they look on paper.

Over the years, I’ve worked with aspiring entrepreneurs and small business owners to help them turn ideas into reality, organise what feels overwhelming, and build foundations that support steady growth. Some of this work has been formal, some more informal, but the intention has always been the same: to offer clear thinking, practical guidance and thoughtful support.

My approach is calm, honest and human. I don’t believe in pressure or one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, I focus on understanding where you are, what matters most to you, and what will genuinely help you move forward with confidence.
