This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms relating to the cancellation and rescheduling of services provided by High Frequency Business Consulting.
By booking a session or purchasing a package, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Appointments & Sessions
All sessions (including free and paid services) are scheduled in advance and reserved specifically for you.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any session.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the session being counted as used.

This applies to both individual sessions and sessions booked as part of a package.

3. Packages

Session packages (including 5-session and 10-session packs) are subject to the same cancellation terms.

Missed sessions or late cancellations within a package may be deducted from the remaining session balance.

Unused sessions expire at the end of the package validity period and are not refundable.

4. Free Clarity Calls

Free clarity calls are offered as a courtesy and exploratory service.

If you are unable to attend a scheduled clarity call, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so the slot can be offered to someone else.

Repeated no-shows may result in the inability to book future free calls.

5. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unexpected situations can arise.
In exceptional circumstances, discretion may be applied at our sole judgment.

6. How to Cancel or Reschedule

Sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled via the online booking system or by contacting us directly.

Please ensure you receive confirmation of any changes.

7. Refunds

No refunds are provided for cancelled, missed, or unused sessions.

This policy exists to ensure fairness and to protect reserved time.
