4. Bookings & Appointments

All sessions must be booked in advance through our online booking system or by agreement.

Booking confirmation will be sent via email.

Availability is subject to scheduling and time zone considerations.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion, with appropriate notice.
5. Free Clarity Calls

Free clarity calls are offered as an exploratory service only.

There is no obligation to purchase paid services following a clarity call.

We reserve the right to limit the number of free calls per individual.
6. Fees & Payments

Prices for paid services are clearly stated at the time of booking.

Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.

Payments are processed securely via third-party providers. We do not store payment card details.
7. Packages & Validity

Session packages must be used within the stated validity period (as specified at the time of purchase).

Unused sessions expire after the validity period and are not refundable.

Packages are non-transferable and may only be used by the purchaser.
8. Cancellations & Rescheduling

At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be counted as used.

In exceptional circumstances, discretion may be applied at our sole judgment.
9. Refund Policy

All paid services and packages are non-refundable, whether partially used or unused.

Refunds are not provided for missed sessions or expired packages.
This policy exists to protect reserved time and ensure fairness for all clients.
